“ I have eaten many times at Sarku Japan restaurant in Valley Fair Mall San JoseSanta Clara in the food court as people used to call it. I love the chicken teriyaki meal with noodles or white rice and vegetables. The meal is prepared right in front of you while you wait. The chicken teriyaki has always been flavored perfectly and cooked just right. I am not overly fond of the vegetable, so I wish management would improve that. The price is fair. Sarku Japan is popular, but if there is a line, it moves quickly. The food court can be busy at times, but there is always available seating. The combo meal comes either with white rice or noodles. I prefer the flavored noodles. And the vegetables are optional, I believe. A drink costs extra or they have free tap water and ice. ”
